Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, creating a store, or using Battlehorns Market, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Battlehorns Market provides a multi-tenant store platform for the Battlehorns community. Features may include free subdomains on battlehorns.net, optional custom domains, product catalogues, orders, theme customisation, and payment link integrations (for example PayPal). Features marked as stub, beta, or coming soon may change or be unavailable.

3. Accounts and Discord login

Access is typically provided through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for your Discord account security and for all activity under your Market account. Provide accurate information and keep contact details up to date when required for store operations.

4. Stores, content and sales

You are solely responsible for your store content (products, descriptions, images, pages, branding) and for your commercial relationship with buyers. Battlehorns Market is a technical platform; unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to sales between store owners and customers, and we do not process payments on your behalf beyond optional link/plugin configurations you set.

• Comply with applicable laws (consumer, tax, advertising, intellectual property).
• Do not sell illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited goods/services.
• Honour order and fulfilment commitments you communicate to customers.

5. Domains and infrastructure

Free subdomains and DNS/hosting aliases are provided for platform use. Custom domains require correct DNS configuration (Cloudflare recommended or your registrar). We may refuse, suspend, or remove domains that conflict with existing services, violate policy, or endanger infrastructure. Subdomain names must not impersonate brands or abuse reserved names.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity, including:

• spam, phishing, malware, scams, or deceptive stores
• attacks, scraping abuse, or attempts to disrupt Market or Battlehorns infrastructure
• hosting infringing, hateful, or adult content where prohibited by platform policy
• reselling the free subdomain service as a competing hosting product without permission

7. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features, limits, pricing labels, or these Terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or account notices when practical.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts or stores that violate these Terms, harm other users, or threaten the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. Data retention after closure follows operational needs and applicable law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Battlehorns Market and Battlehorns are provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, failed sales, payment disputes between stores and buyers, or third-party service outages (Discord, Cloudflare, PayPal, registrars, etc.). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
